$9.95 for orders valued at $25.01 to $50.00
$12.95 for orders valued at $50.01 to $100.00

Shipping Information:

Heavy items will be charged an addtional fee. These items are noted in their description and you will be notified before the additional charge is made.

Next Day orders MUST be placed by 12pm PST. We cannot guarantee product availability and will refund the next day fee if that is the case.

Shipping is not refundable unless we have shipped something in error.

LASaddlery.com makes every effort to ship items by the next business day after the order has been placed. If for any reason an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately with an approximate stock and ship date via email. Most back orders will ship within 2-3 weeks. You will not be charged until your orders ship, unless the item is a custom order.

Not all items on website may be in stock at time of order. We will contact you with item availability as soon as possible after receiving your order.

- If an item is not in stock we will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative or to get it for you in a timely manner. We cannot be responsible for delays by the manufacturer.
- The website does not show stock status of items. We will contact you with item availability.

Please allow additional time for custom orders (4-8 weeks).
We will notify you of the time required for your item(s) when we receive your order. Saddles are a special item that may not always be in stock in all sizes. Please read the trial policy and disclaimer prior to purchasing or if you have any questions.

We offer a FREE gift-wrapping service.
Please note in the comment field the occasion, and if it is for a child or adult and if the recipient is male or female. Also, we can write a note for you. Please include the text in the comment field as well with the word "NOTE" proceeding it.

How to Order

To place an online order, simply click on the "Buy Now" button below the item you want to purchase. When you enter your shopping cart, choose the quantity and choose your credit card type. When you finalize your order, you'll be transferred to the secure server, where you can enter your address and credit card information. Click on OK and your order has been sent to LA Saddlery, where we will process your order through our credit card authorization system.

Custom Orders

LA Saddlery provides custom services for horse blankets, show attire, luggage, show shirts, field and dressage boots, and certain pieces of tack and equipment.
The customer assumes all responsibility for size measuring and color selection. The customer also acknowledges that while LA Saddlery provides swatch colors on their website, the colors represented may vary due to variances in computer monitors and manufacturer dye lots.

Special Orders

If you do not see an item on our site we will happily try to obtain it for you with the understanding that the customer cannot return the item. The customer is responsible for all size and color selection. We will make every effort to have the item delivered in a timely manner. However, we cannot be responsible for any delay of any special order due to manufacturer stock levels.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn with all tags attached. Please include a copy of your packing slip along with the reason for return and if you would like an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Any item returned without tags or original packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Saddles may be returned within the 7 day trial period. Please review our SADDLE TRIAL POLICY.
Special orders are returnable within 30 days with the above conditions for a restocking fee of 15%.
Custom or semi-custom orders are nonrefundable.
Riding undergarments cannot be returned for any reason.

Defective merchandise can be returned for a replacement within 90 days of purchase unless they are covered under manufacturer warranty which provided longer coverage. (Usually 1 year)
Any item damaged in shipping MUST be claimed immediately upon the receipt of the item(s). A picture of the shipping box may be required. Please retain all packaging until your claim is completed.
Any refused packages will result in the customer being charged a 15% restocking fee if there is no valid reason for refusal.
